From Oxford:

From Oxford follow signs for the A44 to Woodstock. Drive straight through Woodstock on the A44 and continue on for another six miles or so. (Very soon after Woodstock there is a Shell garage   with a left hand turn signed for Charlbury shortly afterwards. Don't take this turning).

You will eventually come to the outskirts of the village of Enstone at which there is another garage (Texaco) immediately after which is another left hand turn signed again for Charlbury. You do want to turn left here. This road rises, dips and rises again and then at the top of the rise take the right hand turn (fork really) signed for the Recycling and Waste Centre and also Spelsbury.

Follow this road for a mile and a half or two miles (it has one kink in it). You come to a T-junction at the village of Spelsbury at which you turn left and then immediately right still following signs for the Recycling and Waste Centre and also Chadlington. This road winds, dips and rises again and as it rises look for a right hand turn signed for Dean. If you find yourself in Chadlington you've gone past the turning for Dean.

Take the right-hand turning for Dean - the road dips and as it rises again you will see a row of cottages on your left raised up on a bank. Continue up the road past cottages on your right and left until you come to a left-turn where a bench is placed under a tree on a small grass island. Dean Manor is the large house more or less in front of you (having turned left at the tree island) and parking and directions to the recital and open gardens will be obvious at this point.

From Chipping Norton:

From Chipping Norton head out on the A361 towards Burford but as soon as you reach the outskirts of Chipping Norton take a left fork on the B4026 signed for Charlbury (the A361 bends right). Follow this for approximately two miles. At the end of a straight stretch of road there is a right-hand turn on a bend signposted for Cornwell (do not take this turning). Almost immediately after the Cornwell turning is a sign for a right-hand turn to Dean. This single track road takes you straight down into Dean. As you reach Dean, the road kinks left then right and as you rise up a gentle hill you will come to a small grass island with a tree and a bench at which you turn right and follow signs for parking and entrance to the open gardens and recital.
