From Oxford:

From Oxford follow signs for the A44 to Woodstock. Drive straight through Woodstock on the A44 and continue on for another six miles or so. (Very soon after Woodstock there is a Shell garage   with a left hand turn signed for Charlbury shortly afterwards. Don't take this turning).

You will eventually come to the outskirts of the village of Enstone at which there is another garage (Texaco) immediately after which is another left hand turn signed again for Charlbury. You do want to turn left here. This road rises, dips and rises again and then at the top of the rise take the right hand turn (fork really) signed for the Recycling and Waste Centre and also Spelsbury.

Follow this road for a mile and a half or two miles (it has one kink in it). You come to a T-junction at the village of Spelsbury at which you turn left and then immediately right still following signs for the Recycling and Waste Centre and also Chadlington. Follow this road into Chadlington and St' Nicholas' Church is obvious on your left about 150 yards into the village. Parking is on the road.

From Chipping Norton:

From Chipping Norton head out on the A361 towards Burford and at the bottom of the hill after the Lidstone/Cornwell cross road is the turning for Chadlington. This road descends all the way into Chadlington and will bring you to the cross-road on which the Post Office is situated. Turn left here (signed for Spelsbury) and St' Nicholas' Church is obvious on your right less than half a mile from the cross roads. Parking is on the road.
